Zero waste is our goal, hence all orders are final.

We do our best to get the products to you as intended, but unfortunately accidents happen.

If the item arrives to you damaged, please send a photograph of the damage to “storiesbydeepa@gmail.com” and we will send you a replacement of the damaged item free of charge.

Domestic (Netherlands) & International shipping is available to select countries. Orders ship from the Netherlands and may be subject to taxes and duties upon delivery, which you as the customer are responsible for.
